Refund Policy

At Conforti, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective product or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions described below.

Timeframes

• Dissatisfaction with the product: within 7 calendar days of receipt.

• Manufacturing defect: within 30 calendar days of receipt.

For visible damages (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a video of the item and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered due to misuse.

Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., bracelet links removed).

Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, the customer may choose to:

• Exchange it for another product in stock, or

• Receive a refund for the product’s value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage after purchase (cracked screen, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Improper use of accessories.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.).

• Resistance tests not recommended (drops, water exposure, excessive pressure).
