Shipping Policy

At Conforti, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one item, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Customs Fees
In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional duties or taxes. Such costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your address details before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender, and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
